Farewell to the traditional buffet, just slow food and good coffee. « SLOW FOOD » is an international movement founded by Carlo Petrini in 1986. It has been promoted as an alternative to « FAST FOOD ». It strives to preserve traditional and regional cuisine by encouraging the growing of vegetables, grains and cattle breeding specific to the ecosystem of the place.
